Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson

Nancy Wilson (jazz singer) was born to Olden Wilson who was an ironworker in Chillicothe on February 20, 1937. She was the daughter of Lillian Ryan worked as a household servant. Within one month, she got a gig singing in The Blue Morocco Night Club situated on Boston Road in The Bronx where Adderley's agent heard her and signed her. Her debut on the recording stage came in 1960 with a single after he obtained an agreement with Capitol records. Guess whom I saw this morning.
