Winona-Ryder

Winona Ryder (born Winona Laura Hornowitz) was born in Winona Minnesota. The name of her parents was derived from the town she grew up in. Michel Horowitz' father was an editor and writer along with Cynthia Palmer and her mother. Ryder's dad came from the Jewish family. Ryder considers her self Jewish. Ryder is the youngest sister of Uria as well as half-siblings Jubal & Sunyata. Ryder along with her whole family moved to Mendocino, California, when Ryder was seven. There wasn't electricity. Ryder began to be a committed reading book because there was no television. Ryder, then 12, was enrolled in the American Conservatory Theatre for acting classes in the year 1983. Lucas was let go in 1986, and Ryder who was just 15 years old, was offered an acting job as a lead actress. Ryder suffered bullying in the high school. Her hope was that acting would bring about a change. Unfortunately, that did not occur. However, she pushed on with her dream. In 1988, it was when Tim Burton released Beetlejuice that she got her big break. Ryder had a successful role in several films. There were two Academy Awards were nominated, one for The Age of Innocence (1996).
